Click here first if this is your first time reading my blog. Thank you!
JACKSONVILLE, Fla. There are just so many things that go into running a business. When I left my corporate job without looking for another one to fill the gap… I just ran with the hope that raw food would cover my meager expenses.
And the cool thing is, it has been covering my expenses. But I stopped sleeping as much to make it happen. Teaching other people about health, I managed to start feeling less healthy but more happy. I know it makes no sense, but that’s been my life!
Finally, I said enough was enough. I can’t do everything myself. So I looked for some freelancers who can help.
I interviewed and sorted through a lot of offers and applications. I finally got to two women who both seemed the perfect fit, almost. Somehow I ended up with two new people (both part-time, of course! Not getting crazy rich as a raw vegan chef/teacher). And it’s new. Who knows, one of them might get tired of me.
But they’ve both done so much for me so far. I have been able to post an extra EIGHT pages of information on my website to share. AND got this one blog that is a meld of several others. We’re actually in process of adding some other entries. More to come!
Anyways, just wanted to share. It’s an exciting ride these days! Reeeeally flying by the seat of my pants here!
Promise I won’t get tired of you! You’re tons of fun to work with, and I’m so intrigued by what you do!
oh man! if I would have known…
No worries! One of them is not working too well for various reasons… but the other is really like a dream come true. I feel lucky! But if you want to help with any of the classes, that would be fabulous. LOL, of course, I’ve already got people lined up for ALL of the upcoming ones!
